Health Guarantee

[/fusion_title][fusion_text]

Seller will have a health check, de-worming and first set of vaccinations completed by a licensed veterinarian between 6-8 Weeks of age. Buyer is responsible and encouraged to continue vaccinations regimen as indicated by their vet. All puppies we place are examined by our Vet and are believed to be free of life-threatening or severely debilitating defects or illnesses.

All precautions have been made to ensure that this puppy is in great health at the time of purchase. Buyer needs to be aware that a puppy is a baby and that sometimes he/she may get sick due to stress or other related reasons. He/She is leaving our home and entering into a new environment and stress related sicknesses may occur. The breeder does not assume any liability for any injury, or neglect to this puppy after pickup. It is the Buyers responsibility to prevent illness and injury providing necessary booster vaccinations, veterinary care, nutrition, fresh water, shelter, and supervision. The breeder has made every effort to breed healthy puppies and has raised this puppy to the best of his/her ability.

Seller certifies that this puppy is, to the best of his/her knowledge, healthy at the time of sale. General health information will be provided verbally by the seller, which includes information on diet, shots, de-worming, bathing and any other treatments given to this puppy at the time of sale. The buyer has been informed of this.

Buyer is aware puppy will need more vaccinations and de-worming and agrees to provide these. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Puppy must be paid in FULL before it leaves us. Puppy is guaranteed against parvo virus and distemper for 48 hours upon arrival to new home. Although the puppy is vaccinated this guarantee does not include coccidian or a kennel cough, both of which can be common in puppies. Kennel Cough is usually self-limiting. Full recovery is expected and on its own and is not life-threatening. We do not guarantee internal and external parasites, loose stool, coccidian, Giardia, or any condition that can be corrected by a veterinarian. We do not guarantee against Parvo, Distemper, Adenovirus, Para Influenza, and Bordetella. No guarantee is given for these diseases due to their unpredictable nature. Seller is not responsible for vet bills once the new owner takes possession.

Please note that any form of the mange or skin is excluded the liability of the seller.

The buyer is encouraged to have this puppy examined by a state licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase, at buyer’s expense. If this puppy is diagnosed with a genetic disorder which is attested to by the unassociated veterinarians, thereby causing Buyer and Seller to agree that this puppy cannot ethically be bred, the seller will, upon provision of veterinary reports and a spay/neuter certificate, offer a replacement bred quality puppy. Seller shall not be held responsible for the development of non-genetically derived faults, diseases, or disorders, which are due to Buyer negligence and/ or abuse.

The seller will give the buyer 12-month warranty against congenital defects that significantly limit the puppy’s quality of life. The buyer must request a written statement from their vet stating the defect, on office stationery and signed by him/her for our records, stating: the health problem, description of symptoms, and his/her opinion to validate this guaranteed.

The seller is not responsible for Vet fees, treatment costs related to anything brought on by the stress of re-homing, transportation costs, and any other miscellaneous expenses.

The buyer must notify the seller within 2 days of an initial examination to make a claim. The original puppy must be returned along with all paperwork. The buyer agrees to fill out all necessary forms to return ownership of puppy to the seller. If the buyer qualifies for replacement puppy, the seller will provide a new puppy of equal value if one is available, or from the next available letter. If the buyer chooses a puppy of greater value, the buyer is responsible to pay the difference. This guarantee is void if the puppy is resold. If the buyer decides to not return the puppy, this contract is void.

This guarantee does not cover what Bulldog breeders would consider normal: Cherry eye, entropion, ectropion, “loose” hips and/or knees, allergies, soft palate issues, trachea issues, stenotic nares, inverted tails, fertility issues, parasitic, fungal, or bacterial infection, respiratory infection, Demodex, giardia, coccidian, uneven bites, hernia, kennel cough, etc. Buyer understands that bulldogs are a special breed and that special consideration must be given if buying one of these puppies.

We will not cover death if your puppy has been under (surgery, etc. and has died). Putting a bulldog under requires a skilled and knowledgeable vet. All items covered by this guarantee are replacements only. You must return affected puppy to us and we will replace him/her. We do not give refunds!! Seller is not responsible for medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the vet and incurring vet bills. Buyer understands he/she will be responsible for ALL the vet bills.

There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy. Regardless of show or breeding potential at the time of purchase. There is no money back if you, the buyer, decides that the puppy is not to your liking, or is too tall or too short. We do not give refunds for puppy size, superficial structure, and/or weight that is above the standard.
